JournalAs everyone surely knows, I adore animals- and I found this really nice site called Animal Attraction, and when you join, the site donates $1 to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), which is an organization in the United States that rescues abused and neglected animals, and helps them find new homes- they also help put the people they find harming animals to prison, and they fight to pass humane laws in the United States.
Additionally, every day that you log in, they donate another penny to the ASPCA, and, eventually all of those pennies really add up. In your first year, you can raise $4.65 by just joining and logging in daily, which just takes a few seconds of your time, and doesn't cost you a thing, and it goes to help an amazing cause.
Don't think it's worth it, or that that is much money? Well, if even a large portion of my watchers (not even all of them) sign up and logs in just a few separate days, that is raising over $1000 for the ASPCA. So, yes, every penny DOES count.
Here is my referral link to help raise money for the ASPCA;

[link]It's been months since I last made a journal, I know, and looking at my gallery, you will notice I put many things into storage- particularly my paintings and drawings- that is because I am going to be repainting and redrawing many of them that I have made between 2004 and late 2007. During that time, I was having issues- I still had great ideas for paintings and drawings, but because of my antidepressants, I lost my will to put a lot into my art- so they are okay, but lacking horribly. I have so many people telling me how amazing they are- but what's sad is that they are *nothing* compared to what I can do. I *can* do so much better, and I should. I feel like it's pointless having art that hasn't had so much put into it, so, I have them in storage for now, and once I repaint them I will reupload over the original, and stick it back into my gallery. And I can guarantee that they will be so much better.
My personal life has been hectic... to say the least. As some of my closer friends know, I have had A LOT of my pets die. Between the very beginning of October, and the very beginning of December I had nine of my little angels die.. and it is still really destroying me, because I love my "pets" like they are my children. I went to Canada to visit my fiancé, =
CrazyLegs21, in December- and thankfully none of them died while I was gone, and I had a great time there- but then when I came back in the end of January- one of my guinea pigs developed breast cancer (though she is still alive thankfully, but obviously she doesn't have much longer to live), and just a week ago, another one of my guinea pigs died incredibly suddenly and randomly, so, it's very difficult. And lately, I have been majorly missing my friends, I have just had so much going on in my life, that with some of my best friends, it has been over a year since I have been able to truly TALK to them, not just "Hi- how are you? I miss you!" And various other things I won't get into have been going on, and very stressful- but at least now I have been feeling much better in general.
And now that I have a bit more time, expect me to be much more active on here again like I used to be!
